UK Delivery

 

Please confirm that all the details of your order are accurate before finalising your purchase. If you spot any issues in your order confirmation, reach out to us right away. Whilst we will strive to accommodate any changes, please note that we cannot modify your order once it has been processed by our warehouse.

Where do you ship to?

 

Currently, we only ship to addresses located in UK Mainland. We are working hard to enable shipping to Europe and will update our policies when this changes.

 

What delivery service do you offer?

 

We offer two delivery services. 
ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48 - 
This is a service which aims to deliver your order within 3-5 business days of dispatch. 
ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24 - 
This is a service which aims to deliver your order within 1 business day(s) of dispatch, however can take up to 2 working days. Orders must be placed before 5pm for dispatch on the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
All delivery times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee delivery on the specified dates. After the goods have been shipped, we are not responsible for any delays. We suggest that you provide your email address and consent to receive notifications, as this will allow you to receive tracking information and a delivery timeframe.

 

How much does delivery cost?

 

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48 - For order values of under £30, standard delivery to UK Mainland is £2.95. Order values of Over £30, standard delivery is Free. 

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24 - This is a service which aims to deliver your order within 1 business day(s) of dispatch. UK Mainland is £4.95 

I purchased multiple items, will they be shipped together?

 

If all the items you ordered are listed as in stock on the website, they will be shipped together in a single package.

What if an item is out of stock?


Because of the complex nature of our products, there may be times when certain items are out of stock. This will be indicated in the "Order Now" section for those products. We will promptly inform you as soon as an item is restocked through our Social Media and Email newsletters.

What payment methods do you accept?


Alive Supplements uses Shopify Pay as a payment provider, through which you can purchase using most widely accepted payment methods including, but not limited to Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept PayPal and Klarna.

 

How will purchases appear on my credit card statement?


For payments made through Visa & Mastercard payments, these will appear as "Alive Supplements" on your credit card statement. 

For payments made through Paypal, these will appear as "PAYPAL *ALIVESUPPS" on your credit card statement.
